Each room is serviced against a printed and signed verification checklist. Supervisors spot-check completion at defined intervals — no shift closes without documented sign-off.

Scope covers: bed linen replacement and hospital-corner dressing, bathroom sanitisation to contact-surface standard, floor and threshold finish, minibar restocking, and amenity replenishment to brand specification.

/ Periodic Deep-Clean Cycles

Scheduled, documented, and independently verified.

Periodic cycles address surfaces and systems that daily rounds cannot reach such as upholstery, grout lines, HVAC vents, and high-contact fixtures. Each cycle is scheduled, completed against a task matrix, and filed.

Documentation is retained per room and available to property management on request. Frequency is set against your property's occupancy pattern, not a generic calendar.
