Your brand specification. Our operating document.
Room standards are set in writing against your property's own specification then verified, documented, and escalated before any room re-enters inventory.
Written to your spec. Verified every shift.
Before work begins on any property, we document your brand's room standard in a property-specific checklist. Generic templates are not used. Non-conformances are escalated before a room is returned to inventory, never after a guest complaint.

Per-room shift verification
Escalation before release
Your existing brand standard is documented into a property-specific checklist. Every surface, corner, and finish criterion is written down before any shift begins.
Each room is checked against the written spec at the close of every shift. Verification is logged by room number, shift, and staff member—no room passes on assumption.
Any room that fails verification is held and escalated to a senior inspector. It does not re-enter inventory until the non-conformance is resolved and re-logged.

A paper trail your operations team controls.
Shift-by-shift documentation is retained per room and available to your operations team on request. Certification-backed verification records, not summaries, so discrepancies surface before they reach a guest review.

We'll walk through how your brand specification becomes an operational checklist and how every shift's output is recorded against it.
